  • Iprops can’t be given to clubs - only reason its been given some is because EP isn’t “officially” part of rocketry

• Going to be writing the grant for the balloon mission hardware

• Proposal: all desk-level workspaces should be left completely clean when done with the space

  • Need to set boundaries w.r.t. bench tools (e.g. oscilloscope) - will do that this week

  • Mostly need better rocket storage to clear center table

  • Maybe get colorful tape to mark cleared areas?

• I kinda want to tear apart and reorganize the toolboxes - right now everything is just “where it fits” rather than in any kind of coherent order

• Also we probably need a new launch/test controller - like a 1 afternoon job, @teams let me know when you need this by
