USLI & Hobby Overlap

• Problem: USLI/projects/HW gets busy during time crunch and pulls people in Hobby away from hobby projects, so they can’t build their rockets.

• How to set up structures to prevent USLI/projects/hw from taking away hobby rocketry people.

• USLI could improve project management (not burnout) so as to not interfere with Hobby as much.

• Internal goals for hobby rocketry projects
