Member Onboarding

• Recruiting event in spring (combine with may 4th space day event)

  • Can plan a new member afterwards - so tell people about the recruiting during event

• Ryan as new member project contact

  • Run meetings like a RPL to start people on projects and rail-road people a bit more

• How to generate projects that are:

  • Not busywork

  • Useful to the team

  • Not critical in case new member leaves

• “Where to Start” page on confluence?

• Announce at a general meeting that THIS is the one to come to if you are just starting out.
