  1. Starting next year, we will fully assemble and fully stack all vehicle and payload components 1 week before the launch. That is a hard deadline. We will not go to launch without a week of lead time.
  2. This week we don’t have that amount of time. We will commit to Wednesday
  3. Sub teams will meet together moving forward until competition is over
  4. Starting next year, all constantly iterated 3D printed parts should have a part revision log with numbers that are marked on the part after it’s printed
