Ride Arrangements:
We will be taking 3 mini vans to competition. 2 people will be in one van with the rocket and our equipment. Everyone else will be split across the other vans. Chirag, Garrett, and Dr. K will be the drivers for the week. Ride with who you want.
Meals:
Bring $40 in cash to contribute to meals for the week. We are renting an entire house for the week so we will have access to a full kitchen and two dining rooms. Plan on eating most meals at the house (Breakfast and a combination of lunch and dinners depending on the day). There will probably be one meal a day we eat out and you will need to cover the costs.
The $40 you bring will contribute to a grocery run where Dr. K and a couple others will buy bulk food for the house. This would include sandwich items, pasta, cereal, taco bar items, etc. If you have any dietary or other restrictions please let @Garrett Hart @David Meisinger or @Sam know! Also reach out with food recommendations for the house!
Budget approximately $100 total for food for the week. If you are a person who eats expensively, plan for this.
Packing:
We will be limited on space for traveling. Limit yourself to the equivalent of one medium/large duffel bag and one backpack. (Think of a duffel bag bigger than the SGA bags but smaller than a suitcase). Your backpack will probably go with you in the van at your feet.
Bring clothes for ~5 days. Plan for the weather accordingly, we will be in Huntsville, Alabama. It will be warm.
One set of business casual clothes. (You can borrow a team polo if you don’t have one a polo of your own. Make sure to bring nice dress pants)
Shoes for a farm field
Sleeping clothes
Toiletries (deodorant, toothpaste, etc.)
Electronic Chargers
Laundry:
There is a washer and dryer at the house. You will be able to do laundry there.

Sleeping Arrangements:
We will be utilizing all of the bedrooms and living rooms. Dr. K will have her own room. The rest of us will share beds as if we were in a hotel and use air mattresses on the floor. We will alternate who is in a bed and air mattress.
