Meetings

• We need to be more productive

  • Good to move to J108 for more productivity

  • General update meetings no more so that only those who need to know get that information

• 1 hour update meeting is ineffective

• How many hours per week?

  • Rocketry does 2-4 hours/week

  • Robotics does 2-4 hours/week

  • Single hour work sessions are almost too short

    • Weekends have more availability

• Conclusions

  • Weekend work meetings with 2 hour durations

  • Subteam lead meetings

  • We need to be more productive

Structure

• Responsibilities

  • Subteam leads are responsible for knowing inter-system stuff, general members are not

  • Subteam lead meetings with summaries about what is going to happen in the next week
