Quarterly Progress Reports

These quarterly progress reports are intended to be the tool by which the team tracks progress made quarter after quarter.

  • Reports shall be generated as follows:

SMART goals for each subteam will be recorded at the beginning of the quarter. Throughout the quarter, the admin team and subteam leads will work together to record the progress on each goal, mainly through through weekly status updates. At the end of the quarter, a review of the progress made on each SMART goal will be conducted by the admin team. Quarterly progress reports will be generated from this information by the first meeting of the next quarter.

  • Reports shall include:

    • Statement of initial SMART goals

    • Review of actual progress:

      • Metrics outlined in the SMART goal

      • Key milestones achieved

    • Major roadblocks

    • Lessons learned
